Sometimes with everything that is going on in your life, it can be
hard to think about yourself first. For me, this has always been
hard. I am a full-time student, work a full-time job, have an apar-
tment, and have a partner which means taking care of myself isn't able to always happen. With so much going on in my life, I often forget about things like taking care of myself. As I have started to take on so much, I have realized how much I need to spend time taking care of myself. So I've started to find more time to take care of myself and do things I love. I know this is something that lots of other people around me struggle with too. Taking care of yourself should always come first because
this is how you replenish yourself and keep going. If you don't take care of yourself then you will become burnt out, which is something I've especially learned in college. Sometimes it becomes so hard to do this but you should always find time to take care of yourself.
